Hello! Spiritual direction has been such a gift to me. I'd be honoured to share this blessing with you too. It’s a safe, compassionate space to explore what He is doing in the tides of our lives, in a non-judgmental, authentic and unpressurised way.

My background working (often too hard) with amazing international christian missional leaders and survivors of injustice, combined with the privileges of a lively family life has taken me on a rollercoaster of awe and deep humility at His grace and the way He works with us so graciously. For many years I was privileged to be a Trustee of Ffald y Brenin Retreat Centre in Wales where I learnt much about the value of quiet and reflective prayer and caught a new glimpse of just how compassionate, gentle and amazing God is. A challenging transition to a creative call has been educational! He has led me into sharing and experiencing His love and life through spiritual accompaniment, creativity (writing and painting), friendship - and grandparenting. The journey of humility continues!

It would be my joy to companion you online or in person, to notice and savour the 'consolations' of your life with you and to be with you through the challenges and decisions, looking to Him, the author of our faith.

Special interests include: individual accompaniment, retreats, retreats in Daily Life (including the Spiritual Exercises of St Ignatius), transition, the importance of rest, listening to God, creativity and prayer.
